We are a family run retail store established over 35 years (est 1974) You can visit to see products and ask advise. Our opening hours are 9.30am -5.00pm Monday to Saturday. You can call or email us and speak to our kite staff who are experienced kiters and qualified instructors.

We try to answer all emails apon receipt during our working hours. If any site maintenance or updating of products is being carried out we will try answer emails out of hours. We will do our best....
Payment
We do not proccess any payment until your order is ready to dispatch. You can cancel your order by email any time before you receive a conformation that your order has been processed and dispatched
Is there a charge for delivery?
Our delivery policy is completely transparent - Standard delivery on most RRP Products is Free. Special offer items are charged at of £3.99 for next working day delivery by APC Carrier on all orders received before 2.00pm. Orders received after will be dispatched the same or next again working day. Please note these are lead times and not guaranteed.
Where do we ship to?
Delivery is to UK mainland, We can ship to UK Islands this usually adds an extra day or two to the delivery times and may result in a surcharge but we will confirm this with you before processing your order
Is it in stock?
We keep huge amounts of stock in order to give you fast delivery times. If we are ever out of stock, we can generally give you a clear indication of how quickly it will be back on our shelves.
Are we the cheapest?
At SkyMonster.com we monitor our prices every week to ensure that we remain extremely competitive within the market place. Some companies show extraordinarily low prices, but conveniently never have the actual product in stock. Instead they offer an 'alternative' which is a different specification/quality or a higher price, so don't be fooled!

Not at SkyMonster.com - If you're not happy, we're not happy!
If you are not entirely satisfied with ANY product purchased from SkyMonster.com, we will replace or refund the product price in full (excludes used & demo equipment)providing the steps below are followed:
The product should be unused, unassembled and in its' original packaging.
The product must be returned to us in good condition within 7 days (5 working days) of date it was delivered to you.
Before returning products, please contact us via e-mail/phone for a Returns Authorisation Number. This should then be clearly written on the carton/s being returned. The Returns Authorisation Number is valid up to the 14th day (10th working day). Goods will not be refunded after this time.
When organising a return, we strongly advise you to return goods via a fully insured courier or special delivery so that you have a proof of delivery back to us.
Please note: Certain card issuers have been known to take up to 10 working days to show the refund on debit/credit cards. Once we have issued a refund onto your card, you will need to contact your card issuer if the refund has not appeared on your statement.
