The Pepper II is very easy to control. The kite flies on 4 lines, but it also responds very well to 2-line steering movements. This makes it a great kite for flyers who want to get into 4-line kite flying on 4-line handles or even a bar.

The Pepper II has constant power, which makes it easy for those less experienced to get going in a buggy or for those who want to have a fun day just skidding down the beach.
