Delivery & Returns


We offer free delivery on all items within the UK and cost effective delivery within the EU. Majority of the items are being shipped the same day if the order is placed before 10am and delivered within 1 to 3 working days. If we expect for the item to be delivered later we will get in touch and let you know. If you need the board next day give us a ring on 01506 429 914 and we'll do our best to get it over to you!


You are entitled to return any item for a refund, provided that it is in a re-sellable condition and it has been no more than 7 days since you received the item. We will not refund postage costs unless the item is incorrect, not as described or faulty. Should your order have qualified for discounted shipping, your refund will be minus the cost of standard shipping. If your item arrives damaged, or otherwise faulty, we can arrange for a collection to be made at our cost.

All returns should be labelled 'Skymonster Ltd - Returns Department'. You should include your name, address, daytime telephone number, a copy of all invoice or receipts and a covering letter explaining why you are returning it and what you would like us to do; refund or exchange?

All products from Skymonster Ltd are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Guarantees may vary depending on products & manufacturers.

If you think that your item is faulty then please contact us as soon as possible. All items will be inspected by ourselves and often by the Manufacturer before being deemed faulty. Once we are satisfied the goods are faulty, depending on the circumstances they may be repaired, replaced, exchanged or refunded. Your postage costs in returning the item to us will also be refunded.

If purchasing an item from outside the UK we will only exchange or refund the item if it has arrived faulty. So please make sure you have researched the item before purchasing, checked the size guide for wetsuits and other accessories as they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

If your purchase is being submitted for a warranty claim it will need to be assessed by the manufacturer before a decision is made on action required. This may incur a postage/courier charge on larger items for which successful claims will be reimbursed.
