We offer free delivery on all items within the UK and cost effective delivery within the EU. Majority of the items are being shipped the same day if the order is placed before 1PM and delivered within 1 to 3 working days. If we expect for the item to be delivered later we will get in touch and let you know. Right to cancel
In addition to our Returns Policy, if you are a customer in the European Union you have the right to cancel your contract with us and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order, if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. If the goods are delivered in several instalments then it will be 14 calendar days from receipt of the last instalment. To exercise your right to cancel the contract you must request a refund in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt of the items. The refund will include any standard delivery charges paid. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a cancelled order to us. If for any reason you would like to return your item(s), they must be in their original condition (with all the original packaging and tags intact). Please note that if goods are not returned in the exact same condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.
But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later).
After the initial 30 days, you can't demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement.
All returns should be labelled 'Skymonster Ltd - Returns Department'. You should include your name, address, daytime telephone number, a copy of all invoice or receipts and a covering letter explaining why you are returning it and what you would like us to do; refund or exchange? Postage address:

All products from Skymonster Ltd are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Guarantees may vary depending on products & manufacturers.
If you think that your item is faulty then please contact us as soon as possible. All items will be inspected by ourselves and often by the Manufacturer before being deemed faulty. Your postage costs in returning the item to us will also be refunded.
Please make sure you have researched the item before purchasing, checked the size guide for wetsuits and other accessories as they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
If your purchase is being submitted for a warranty claim it will need to be assessed by the manufacturer before a decision is made on action required. This may incur a postage/courier charge on larger items for which successful claims will be reimbursed.
