We offer free delivery on all items within the UK and cost effective delivery within the EU. Majority of the items are being shipped the same day if the order is placed before 1PM and delivered next day (or within 1 to 3 working days). Not all items can be delivered next day - solid SUP's, surfboards and larger items can take a bit longer. If you need the item guaranteed next day give us a call on 0131 618 9474 and we'll do our best to get it over to you or offer alternative options.

Since Brexit we are still delivering to the EU but few things have sadly changed. The delivery to EU is free on most items over the value of £89. For solid SUP boards, surfboards and larger items please get in touch first to make courier arrangements.
When ordering from the EU no UK VAT will be applied to the final price. Receiver is responsible for any and all taxes, duties and local VAT upon receiving the parcel. Any items returned due to unpaid taxes, duties or VAT will be refunded after deducting all shipping costs originally covered by Skymonster Sports Limited with additional £20 administration fee.
Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.
But this right is limited to 14 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later). After the initial 14 days, you can't demand a full refund.
All returns should be labelled 'Skymonster Sports Limited - Returns Department'. You should include your name, address, daytime telephone number, a copy of all invoice or receipts and a covering letter explaining why you are returning it and what you would like us to do; refund or exchange?

If you choose to return the goods because you have changed your mind we will refund the cost of the item less the shipping fees. Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns. Any item returned to us is at your own risk and cost.
Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.
All products from Skymonster Ltd are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Guarantees may vary depending on products & manufacturers.
If you think that your item is faulty then please contact us as soon as possible. All items will be inspected by ourselves and often by the Manufacturer before being deemed faulty. Your postage costs in returning the item to us will also be refunded.
Please make sure you have researched the item before purchasing, checked the size guide for wetsuits and other accessories as they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
If your purchase is being submitted for a warranty claim it will need to be assessed by the manufacturer before a decision is made on action required. This may incur a postage/courier charge on larger items for which successful claims will be reimbursed.
