Right to cancel

In addition to our Returns Policy, if you are a customer in the European Union you have the right to cancel your contract with us and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order, if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. If the goods are delivered in several instalments then it will be 14 calendar days from receipt of the last instalment. To exercise your right to cancel the contract you must request a refund in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt of the items. The refund will include any standard delivery charges paid. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a cancelled order to us.

Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.

But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later).

After the initial 30 days, you can't demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement.

You are entitled to return any item for a refund, provided that it is in a re-sellable condition and it has been no more than 30 days since you received the item. We cannot refund the postage costs unless the item is incorrect, not as described or faulty. Should your order have qualified for discounted or free shipping, your refund will be minus the cost of standard shipping. If your item arrives damaged, or otherwise faulty, we can arrange for a collection to be made at our cost.

All returns have to be agreed with our team and should be labelled 'Skymonster Sports Limited- Returns Department'. You should include your name, address, daytime telephone number, a copy of all invoice or receipts and a covering letter explaining why you are returning it and what you would like us to do; refund or exchange?

All products from Skymonster Sports Limited are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Guarantees may vary depending on products & manufacturers.

If you think that your item is faulty then please contact us as soon as possible. All items will be inspected by ourselves and often by the Manufacturer before being deemed faulty. Once we are satisfied the goods are faulty, depending on the circumstances they may be repaired, replaced, exchanged or refunded. Your postage costs in returning the item to us will also be refunded.

If your purchase is being submitted for a warranty claim it will need to be assessed by the manufacturer before a decision is made on action required. This may incur a postage/courier charge on larger items for which successful claims will be reimbursed.
