The Rapid Release Waist Belt is specifically designed for free-flowing water conditions, ensuring a quick and easy release from your board or leash in case of emergencies. In the past couple of years, there have been accidents involving leg leashes in rivers and estuaries, where entanglement became a significant issue. The Waist Leash addresses these concerns, providing a simple release mechanism for getting untangled in flowing water. However, it's essential to note that this type of leash is not suitable for surfing in waves; for such situations, a traditional straight leash is more appropriate.

To account for potential moments of confusion or the need for swift reactions, the Esea Strap Rapid Release Waist Belt is equipped with two release toggles. The first option involves a buckle positioned at the front of the waist belt; pulling the red toggle will release the buckle and allow for easy removal of the belt.

The second release option utilizes Velcro and is located to the left of the buckle. If, for any reason, the first release option fails or a quicker release is required, a strong pull on the second toggle will cause the entire belt to fall away.

Apart from its primary safety features, the Rapid Release Waist Belt includes a built-in carry loop for your paddle board. With an adjustable buckle on the nose loop, you can easily tighten or loosen it to accommodate the shape of your board. This added convenience makes transporting your SUP to and from the water a much smoother experience!
